Condor Acquires Area Home2Suites

Bethesda, MD-headquartered Condor Hospitality Trust Inc. paid $54.7 million for a Home2Suites portfolio, with locations in Austin/Round Rock, as well as Lexington, KY and Tallahassee, FL. The hotels will continue to be managed by the seller, Vista Host Inc., which was represented by Hodges Ward Elliott. The properties went under contract in January 2017.
The 91-room Home2Suites is at 1000 W. Louis Henna Blvd. in Round Rock, TX, north of Austin. “The acquisition of these three Home2Suites represents a significant milestone for Condor, as we have now closed on eight high-quality hotels since the fourth quarter of 2015,” said Bill Blackham, Condor’s CEO.
