Condo Tower Tops Out in Greenwich Village (21 E. 12th St.)
The new condominium tower at 21 E. 12th St. topped out September 14, 2017, at 22 stories in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood.
“Working on a new development in an area of Manhattan that is so steeped in history, was both challenging and very rewarding,” said Ken Colao (pictured, far right), president and co-founder of CNY Group, construction manager for the tower, designed by SLCE Architects and Selldorf Architects and developed by William Macklowe Company and Goldman Sachs.
The tower will feature 51 new condominiums and 19,487-square-feet of retail space, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
