Concourse Village West Construction Begins

Construction began September 18th, 2017, on 265 new, affordable apartments at Concourse Village West in the Fleetwood – Concourse Village neighborhood of the Bronx.

“Today we are making a long term investment in the South Bronx, with permanent affordability locked-in for more than 100 of these 265 affordable homes, in addition to new retail and community facility space,” said Eric Enderlin, president of the New York City Housing Development Corp.

Developed by Azimuth Development Group, the property will fill three sites on the Grand Concourse:
– A 10-story building at 180 E. 156th St.
– A 14-story building at 702 Grand Concourse
– An 11-story building at 741 Concourse Village West
