Concessions Lure Tech Company in NoMad
May 1, 2017
Landlord concessions lured technology company Ceros to a 10,000-square-foot space at 40 West 25th St.
“The landlord provided an attractive concession package that has allowed Ceros to construct a gorgeous, creative space in the heart of NoMad,” says Dennis Someck executive managing director of Lee & Associates NYC, which represented the tenant. “The building is extremely well-located, which will allow Ceros to attract and retain talent.”
Ceros will nearly double its space, with a new 11,000-square-foot office filling the entire twelfth floor, including its own dedicated outdoor roof deck space.
The new space is nearly twice as large as Ceros’ old home 151 West 25th St. Ceros is subleasing that old space to Captify Technologies, a search intelligence firm. Lee arranged that sublease as well. Brickman Associates represented the landlord, asking rent of $65 per square foot.
