Compass’ Polsinellis Market Greenpoint MXU
Compass’ Adelaide Polsinelli and Trystan Polsinelli have been hired to exclusively market 59 McGuinness Blvd., also known as 130 Nassau Ave., in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn.
59 McGuinness Blvd. is a four-story building consisting of one ground-floor retail unit and four completely-renovated residential units above. The property includes unused development rights, offering the potential for a one-story penthouse addition.
