Compass Team Markets MOB in Marine Park

A Compass investment sales team of director Michael Cardillo and vice chairs Adelaide Polsinelli and Ronda Rogovin has been hired to market 2460 Flatbush Ave., a three-story elevator medical office building in the Marine Park neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The 12,000-square-foot building consists of 10 occupied medical suites in the high traffic corridor near Kings Plaza shopping center. One medical suite can be delivered vacant.

“With median residential rents in Marine Park well below the Brooklyn median, it’s no surprise that the neighborhood has experienced a surge in popularity,” said Cardillo. “New construction projects in the immediate neighborhood will boost the local population and continue to drive near-term demand for medical office.”

The building has 40 feet of frontage on Flatbush Avenue in an area of Brooklyn that is not only a retail destination, but also a thriving residential neighborhood, Compass says.
