Comfort Inn Hotel in Plymouth Trades for Nearly $6M

Marcus & Millichap brokered the $5.8 million sale of the Comfort Inn hotel in Plymouth. The three-story property has 67 rooms and is located at 155 Samoset St., approximately 40 miles south of Boston.

Amenities at the hotel include free breakfast, an indoor heated pool, fitness center and USB ports in rooms. Nearby attractions include the Plymouth Harbor, Plymouth Plantation and Whale Watching.

Jerry Swon, Daniel Zagoria and Cameron Pierce of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a family trust that had owned the hotel property for several decades. The buyer was undisclosed. The property is franchised under Choice Hotels.
