Combined Insurance Renews 104K-SF Lease in Downtown Chicago

Combined Insurance renewed its lease in Downtown Chicago’s 111 East Wacker, where it is one of the property’s largest tenants. As part of the firm’s recommitment to the 32-story property, Combined plans to move forward with repurposing and enhancing its 103,629-square-foot footprint across three floors. Savills Studley negotiated the renewal on behalf of Combined.

“Illinois Center continues to offer a vibrant location and slate of new amenities for our client,” said Savills Studley’s Robert Sevim. “Combined Insurance was able to secure a long term lease agreement that will support their plans for growth.”

Savills’ Studley’s Sevim, Chris Tarzon and Adam Southard represented the tenant. Brad Despot, Monica Moore and Mark Georgas of JLL advised the landlord, New York-based AmTrust Realty Corp.
