Colliers Team Will Market Space at Bedminster Offices

Colliers International has been retained by Northeast Capital Group to lease the two-building Offices at Bedminster campus in Bedminster, NJ. The Colliers team is led by Sam Horowitz, Chris Hovanec and Ray Iodice and was retained by Northeast Capital Group—which acquired the property last month—due to its deep knowledge of the New Jersey market and proven track record.

The campus is about 86% occupied, with 25,000 square feet available for lease. Colliers anticipates the property’s flexible workspaces will attract a broad range of users.

The firm also anticipates interest from organizations that plan to decrease the density of their New York City-area offices and are considering a suburban “hub-and-spoke” office model as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The Offices at Bedminster are exceptional buildings with terrific amenities both within the complex and in the immediate vicinity and stand out for their quality and geography,” said Hovanec.
