Colliers Taps Shannon Rex as Executive Managing Director in South Florida

Colliers International Florida has hired Shannon Rex as executive managing director of the firm’s debt and equity finance practice in South Florida. In his new role, Rex joins Colliers’ mortgage banking operation that focuses on the placement of debt and equity to the capital markets and private investors.

Rex brings more than 20 years of experience to Colliers, and he has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of more than $2 Billion in commercial real estate that spans all asset types and capital structures throughout his career. Prior to joining Colliers, Rex most recently held the position of senior director at Walker & Dunlop.
