Colliers Tapped to Sell 95K-SF Reston Arboretum Office Building
JBG Smith has tapped Colliers to sell the Reston Arboretum, a 95,000-square-foot office building in Reston. Bill Kaye and David Gast of Colliers have been selected to market the property.
Located at 12700 Sunrise Valley Drive on the Dulles Toll Road corridor, the building was built in 1999. JBG Smith recently designed a series of renovations that Colliers says a potential buyer could execute to add value to the building, such as upgrading the lobby and fitness center and adding an outdoor amenity space as well as a food market and bike storage room.
Recent major lease transactions in Reston include Microsoft making a 400,000-square-foot commitment and Walmart Labs’ signing a 163,000-square-foot lease.
