Colliers Reps Owner Stanton Road in Deerfield Lease

Justrite Manufacturing has taken 11,478 square feet at ArborLake Centre in Deerfield, IL. With this transaction, the 220,000-square-foot office property is now 77% leased, with other tenants including Miller Cooper, Personnel Staffing Inc., and AXA Equitable.

Colliers International | Chicago’s Jonathon Connor and Steve Kling represented landlord Stanton Road Capital. “We continue to see demand for space in well-located, Class A buildings with strong amenity packages,” said Connor.

“The significant capital investment that Stanton Road Capital is making at ArborLake Centre will provide tenants with a new, first-class program with outstanding value,” he added.

Stanton Road will soon launch a $2-million capital improvement plan that includes a complete overhaul of the building’s lobby and common areas, as well as implementation of The Outpost, its tenant amenity package. Completion is expected late this year.
