Colliers Relocates Downtown Ops to 71 S. Wacker

Colliers International | Chicago has moved its downtown operations into approximately 17,000 square feet of new office space at the Irvine Company’s 71 So. Wacker Dr.

The customized office space was designed to support wellness, engagement and community, and will house Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services (CIVAS), Chicago’s Office Advisory Group and Corporate Solutions teams. Colliers will maintain a strong presence in Rosemont, IL, where its Industrial Advisory, Supply Chain Logistics, Investment Services and Office Leasing groups are housed.

The 71 So. Wacker facility offers 83 workspaces, including 55 workstations and 28 private offices. “We recognize that open-plan workplaces are not a one-size-fits-all solution to office space,” said executive managing director Jim Carris.

“Comfort was essential, but so too was creating an environment that people are excited about,” he added. “For our team, that meant designing a variety of space options to satisfy our employee’s various business needs.”
