Colliers Duo Arranges Sales Totaling 500K+ SF

Colliers International | Chicago’s Jeff Devine and Steve Disse arranged the sale of two suburban properties totaling more than 510,000 square feet. A distribution facility traded in West Chicago, IL and an office asset was sold in Woodridge, IL.

Devine and Disse represented a large institutional owner in selling 1717 W. Harvester Rd., a 465,940-square-foot industrial facility in West Chicago. Boston-based Plymouth Industrial REIT purchased the building for an undisclosed price.

“Pricing of Class A properties in the Chicago area has pushed both investors and tenants to consider the value proposition of pursuing functional, second-generation assets such as the Harvester building,” said Devine.

Devine and Disse also represented Peerless of America in selling 7325 Janes Ave. in Woodridge to Rosemont, IL-based Missner Group. The 44,096-square-foot, single-story office asset has served as the longtime headquarters for civil engineering/contracting firm V3 Companies. It was renovated for V3 in 2018.
