Colliers Completes Acquisition of Former CBC Advisors Glendale

Colliers International completed its acquisition of CBC Advisors in Glendale. The new Tri-Cities office will become the firm’s 10th office in its Greater Los Angeles region.

Colliers’ James Malone says, “This is another advancement for our firm in the Greater Los Angeles Region. This acquisition provides us with an experienced team of professionals in the important submarkets of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena, as well as reinforces our already strong presence in the area.”

The Colliers Tri-Cities office is comprised of 10 brokers specializing in the office, industrial, multifamily and retail sectors, and hosts some of the most experienced brokers in SoCal.

The former CBC Advisors office was co-founded by Bill Ukropina (pictured above right) and Gregory Barsamian (above left), two veteran commercial real estate professionals who will now hold the title of Senior Executive Vice President in the new Colliers Tri-Cities office.
