Colliers Brokers $10M Sale of Pembroke Pines MXU Property

Colliers International has arranged the $10 million sale of Silver Lakes, a 35,960-square-foot retail and office property in Pembroke Pines.

Located at 17720 Pines Blvd., the property features a tenant roster that includes Dunkin’ Donuts, Los Tacos, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Silver Lakes Dental Associates, Mayflower Beauty Salon, Foot & Ankle Sport Center and Transform Pilates.

Harry Blyden and Bastian Laggerbauer of Colliers represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was an Argentinian investor.

“The sale of this property further exemplifies the growing demand for mixed-use professional campuses and their unique investment opportunity in South Florida, especially amongst South American investors,” said Blyden. “These types of properties are continuously sought after for their dynamic opportunities in strategic locations that investors can capitalize on, and we are very pleased to have negotiated satisfactory terms that met the needs of both parties.”

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
