Colliers Boston’s Caleb Hudak Shifts to Capital Markets Team

Colliers Boston has announced that current Senior Vice President Caleb Hudak will transition to the firm’s Capital Markets team to focus on the sale of office and industrial properties throughout Greater Boston.

Hudak has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, starting at Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners. He has spent the past 10 years with Colliers. The Capital Markets group at Colliers currently consists of 20 employees.

“I have always approached assignments with an analytical, investor-focused mentality, so the capital markets side of the business has long been a passion of mine,” said Hudak. “I feel fortunate to have such a strong leasing foundation and am excited to leverage my experiences and relationships to date in my new role.”
