Colliers Arranges Full-Building Deal for Panattoni

Colliers International, Chicago’s Christopher Volkert represented Panattoni in a long-term, 161,585-square-foot, full building lease to NorthShore Care at the developer’s newest project, now under construction in Green Oaks, IL.

NorthShore Care, a provider of incontinence products, will move from its existing facility in Buffalo Grove upon the property’s completion. Delivery is expected in January 2020.

“Demand for high-quality industrial space in Lake County remains strong,” said Volkert. “With great access to I-94 and O’Hare as well as the city and suburbs, the facility leased quickly after ground was broken.”

Panattoni’s Green Oaks development will feature 32-foot clear height, 33 exterior docks, two drive-in doors and parking for up to 188 cars. In addition, it offers I-94 frontage and access via Rt. 176.

CBRE’s Whit Heitman represented NorthShore Care in the transaction.
