Coldwell Banker’s Huskey to Retire as President/CEO

Long-time Coldwell Banker Real Estate executive Budge Huskey will retire from his positions of president and chief executive officer, effective Sept. 1, 2016. Charlie Young, president and CEO of ERA Franchise Systems LLC, will be returning to Coldwell Banker to take the leadership reins.

Huskey spent the past two decades with the Coldwell Banker system in franchising and brokerage executive roles. He was appointed president and chief operating officer in June 2010.

Young, in the meantime, held many senior management positions with Coldwell Banker Real Estate, before serving as ERA’s leader. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management, field operations, marketing and real estate operations.
