Coldwell Banker Names Zak West Commercial Director for Florida East Coast
Coldwell Banker Commercial has named Zak West commercial director for the Florida East Coast. In his new role, West will oversee commercial operations from Port St. Lucie to Miami.
West returns to the Coldwell Banker network from his most recent position as managing broker at Berkshire Hathaway. He brings more than 33 years of experience and a successful track record of increased recruitment and sales volume in previous roles.
“I feel confident that Zak is uniquely equipped to support our affiliated commercial agents and operations. I look forward to the great addition that his experience and vision will bring to our commercial team,” said Clark Toole, president at Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida.
