Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokers $6M Sale of Vero Beach MXU Property

Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise has arranged the $6.4 million sale of the Modern One Building, a 37,248-square-foot mixed-use retail and office center in Vero Beach.

Located at 2101 Indian River Blvd., the center was built in 1974 and was recently renovated with new finishes and design.

Keith and Kollin Kite of Coldwell Banker represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. Additionally, the team worked with the buyer and multiple tenants to secure new or updated long term leases to meet the buyer’s objective of cash flow and long-term investment. The Kite Team will also be providing leasing and property management services for the property. The seller was not disclosed.
