Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokers $4M Sale of Virginia Retail Center

Coldwell Banker Commercial has arranged the $3.7 million sale of Boulders Center, a 31,400-square-foot retail center in North Chesterfield, VA. Faraz Cheema of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer, Coastal Land Inc., which acquired the property as part of a 1031 exchange. The seller was not disclosed.

Located at 7522 Midlothian Turnpike, the 4-acre property was built in 1970 and renovated in 2001. Boulders Center is situated in the largest retail submarket of the metro Richmond area.

“Florida-based Coastal Land Inc. was looking to acquire a property elsewhere in the southeast United States,” said Cheema. “The Boulders Center property is in a growing metro area and a strong retail submarket that was appealing to our client.”
