Cognitive Scale Remains in Place, Expands Space

Cognitive Scale renewed and expanded its lease at 9500 Arboretum, a 182,311-square-foot office building in northwest Austin. The international artificial intelligence company now occupies 54,070 square feet for its headquarters at the property. The 30-year-old building is at 100% occupancy.

Ben Tolson and Bethany Perez with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord, Oregon-headquartered PacTrust, in the transaction. Chris Skyles of Elevate Growth Partners advised the tenant.

PacTrust acquired the building, which is situated on approximately 5.8 acres, in 2013. In addition to Cognitive Scale, the tenant roster includes AT&T Mobility LLC, BrightFire LLC, Rockwell Automation and Waddell & Reid Inc.
