COE Distributing Inks Deal for 252K SF at Highland Grove Industrial Park

COE Distributing signed a lease for 251,754 square feet at Highland Grove Industrial Park in Houston. The Pennsylvania-headquartered office furniture distributor selected Houston as its location to better serve customers in the region.

John Parsley, SIOR, Barrett Gibson and Jason English with Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction at 10620 Telge Rd. in northwest Houston. Cory Driskill and Travis Covington of Crow Holdings Industrial and Faron Wiley of CBRE advised landlord CRP/CHI Randalls LP.

“While seeking to expand in the Texas region, Houston made perfect sense to us for many reasons, “COE Distributing’s’ J.D. Ewing said. “We have a customer concentration, it’s a major port city and a strong workforce experienced in distribution.”

The six-building Highland Grove Industrial Park totals one million square feet. COE Distributing will lease newly renovated cross dock space, formerly occupied by Randalls. Part of the renovation split the 750,000-square-foot industrial distribution facility into two buildings.
