CMK, Greystar Launch Pre-leasing at Printer’s Row Apartment High-Rise
Pre-leasing has begun at CMK Companies’ 717 S. Clark St. in the South Loop, the future Imprint Apartment Homes. Located on the historic Printer’s Row, the 349-unit high-rise is being developed by CMK, with property management services provided by Greystar. First move-ins are expected this spring.
