Clearwater MF Property Trades for $57M

The Estates at Countryside

Institutional Property Advisors has brokered the $56.7 million sale of Estates at Countryside, a 320-unit multifamily property Clearwater.

Located on more than 15 acres, the community features an average unit size of 1,000 square feet. Over the past year, the seller deployed nearly $3 million on exterior and amenity capital projects, including new roofs on each building, pool upgrades expanding the deck and adding new patio furniture as well as upgrading the dog park.

Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill of IPA represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.
