Clear Height Properties Relocates Offices to Oak Brook

Clear Height Properties has relocated its offices to 26TWENTYFIVE, the 214,767-square-foot building it owns and has repositioned in Oak Brook. The real estate investment, management and services firm previously was headquartered in downtown Chicago.

Clear Height has taken a 6,290-square-foot space on the second floor of the building at 2625 Butterfield Rd. The firm recently completed an expansive renovation and repositioning of the building where it now occupies space.

“With the continued growth and expansion of Clear Height Properties, in terms of assets under management and the people required to effectively operate the organization, we ran out of space downtown,” said Joe Sergi, chief revenue officer/partner at Clear Height. “This new location provides an ideal platform for us to further build on the success we have achieved to date.”
