Clear Height Hires Project Management Expert

Clear Height Properties has appointed Jason Pammler as managing director, project and development services. The appointment comes as Chicago-based Clear Height has begun offering project management capabilities to third-party clients, including property owners, corporate space users and commercial tenants.

“This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an organization that is evolving its business to an entirely new level,” Pammler said. “We’re creating tools and systems to support client and ownership decision making, efficiency, and transparency.”

A 15-year industry veteran, Pammler most recently was VP of engineering and architecture, responsible for all capital improvement initiatives for Chicago-based Metropolis Investment Holdings, which owns and operates a five-building, six-million-square-foot portfolio of Class A office buildings. Metropolis has retained Clear Height Properties, under the direction of Pammler, to oversee all capital improvement projects now underway.
