Clayco Developing 538K-SF Spec in St. Louis

Clayco’s development group, CRG Real Estate Solutions, is building a 537,753-square-foot speculative distribution warehouse at the 550-acre NorthPark Business Park in St. Louis. The facility is going north at a cost of $30 million, and is anticipated for completion by the end of the year. JLL’s Pat Riley and Chris Schmidt will handle the building’s marketing.

NorthPark is situated at Interstates 70 and 170, just east of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. CRG is co-developer of the business park.
