CityBldr Gives Quick Land Info

Seattle-based startup Everyhome has launched CityBldr, geared toward helping developers find exactly the right land quickly. The new product uses artificial intelligence to find individual underused properties, as well as land assemblages.

CityBldr ranks properties on highest and best use, and estimates return on investment. If a particular site is available, the user can send a purchase offer to the user via CityBldr. The software is currently available in Washington State; specifically, King County. Roll out is planned for Snohomish County and the Bay Area within the next month.

“Our software does in one second what it takes seasoned teams of land acquisition specialists anywhere from days, weeks and months to do,” said Brian Copley, Everyhome’s CEO.
