Citron Joins Colliers as Managing Director in Retail Group
Colliers International Group Inc. has hired Tom Citron as an executive managing director in the firm’s retail practice group, based in Midtown. He joins from NKF, where he held the same position.
Over the course of his career, Citron (pictured) has represented tenants including Capital One Bank, Citibank N.A., Dunkin’ Brands, Flywheel, Swatch Group and Doğuş International. He has also completed landlord transactions for institutional owners such as Nuveen, Jamestown Properties, Alchemy Properties and Fisher Development Associates.
Citron previously represented H&M and was responsible for the company’s three flagship transactions in Manhattan at Herald Center, 589 Fifth Ave. and 4 Times Square. He also recently completed an office relocation for BTIG at Park Avenue Tower.
