Cinergy Entertainment Taps JLL for Expansion Assistance

Cinergy Entertainment Group Inc. is expanding from its Texas and Oklahoma locations, with plans for a stronger national presence. The company, headquartered in Dallas, TX, hired JLL as the tenant representative as it plans to open 10 locations over the next three years, in markets such as Atlanta, Chicago, Memphis and others.

Cinergy Entertainment Centers are approximately 90,000 square feet, and provide full-service entertainment, such as movies, bowling, arcade games, escape rooms and dining. JLL’s Geno Coradini and Rob Franks are leading the retail team, and working on behalf of Cinergy to execute a national growth plan.

“We are excited about the prospects of expanding our concept nationally with the help of JLL,” said Cinergy’s Kade Pittman. “In today’s retail climate, we see the Cinergy concept as being a tremendous value-add to retail properties across the nation.”
