CIM Group Brings Serendipity Labs to CityNational2Cal in DTLA

CIM Group signed a long-term lease with Serendipity Labs Coworking for 23,000 square feet at CityNational2Cal, a 1.37-million-square-foot office building in DTLA’s Bunker Hill District. Serendipity Labs Coworking will occupy the entire 18th floor, and also offer an innovation center and outdoor event space on the plaza level of the 52-story Class A building located at 350 S. Grand Ave.

Slated to open in November 2018, the Serendipity Labs team will create a full schedule of meetings and events at the CityNational2Cal space focusing on interests of the Los Angeles community. CityNational2Cal also has 44,000 square feet of retail space on the plaza level, which features a 1.5-acre water court and performance plaza.

“This is the second facility of 10 planned locations in Los Angeles, and follows the recent opening of our 37,000-square-foot Hollywood Lab, adding to our national network,” noted Serendipity Labs’ John Arenas.
