Chinese Startup Claims 119K SF at IDS’ C3, Culver City Creative Building Fully-Leased

IDS Real Estate signed a 118,974-square-foot lease with Bytedance at C3, a 282,951-square-foot seven-story vertical creative office campus in Culver City, CA. The deal with the Chinese startup brings the building to 100% leased.

JLL’s Darren Eades, Scott Becket and Alyssa De Oca represented the tenant for space at 5800 Bristol Parkway. JLL’s Carl Muhlstein and Hayley Blockley, along with IDS’ David Saeta and Rob Fuelling, led the leasing effort at C3.

Other recent deals signed at the property include:
Henkel: 65,776 square feet. CBRE’s Alex Hayden, Travis Boyd, Rob Waller and Patrick Amos represented the tenant.
Dentsu Aegis Network: 48,445 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Katie Bernhisel and Dillon Moscone represented the tenant.
Red Light Management: 32,632 square feet. NKF’s Ryan Harding and Jennifer Frisk represented the tenant.

IDS developed C3 in a joint venture with a fund managed by PNC Realty Investors, an affiliate of PNC Bank.
