China-Based E-Commerce Company Claims Space at Prologis Facility
China-based E-commerce company US Elogistic Services Corp signed a 232,229-square-foot lease at Prologis Vernon Business Center. This is the largest industrial lease signed in the Central Los Angeles submarket this year, based on square footage.
US Elogistic Services Corp will be using the space at 5215 S Boyle Ave. for global E-commerce fulfillment.
JLL’s Joe Dimola represented the tenant, while NKF’s John McMillan, Jeff Sanita, Danny Williams and Greg Stum represented the landlord.
Dimola says, “Los Angeles continues to be one of the most sought industrial markets in the country. US Elogistic Services Corp was attracted to the property’s close proximity to the port and other key location hubs within the infill Los Angeles area.”
McMillan added, “We sold this site to Prologis back in 2010, and even then, they knew this would be a fantastic last-mile destination for an e-commerce user. Prologis’ vision was yet again spot on.”
