Chicago-Based Developers Break Ground on Denver-Area Industrial Project

Rosemont, IL-based Conor Commercial Real Estate and its partner, WHI Real Estate Partners L.P., broke ground on Park 12 Hundred Tech Center, a 324,000-square-foot industrial facility in Westminster, CO. The project is slated for occupancy in early Q2 2018.

Conor Commercial’s Sven Tustin says, “Park 12 Hundred Tech Center responds to the demand of this underserved market by providing a world-class development solution designed to meet the complex needs and requirements of today’s industrial users.”

The 26-acre infill parcel is located midway between Denver and Boulder at West 120th Avenue and Huron Street. It is within the well-established Park 12 Hundred mixed-use business park.

The development will feature four rear-loaded single- and/or multi-tenant buildings equipped to maximize efficiency and functionality for tech-centric industrial, light manufacturing, and R&D users.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Ball and Joe Krahn are marketing the project.
