Cheshire Bridge Apartment Project Trades for $65M

An affiliate of Eaton Vance Real Estate Investment Group has acquired Helios Apartments, a 282-unit apartment project on Atlanta’s Cheshire Bridge Road corridor. The sales price was $65.6 million.

The project, the former home of the Fleur de Lis Restaurant, was completed in late 2017.  It will eventually connect to a trail network that includes Path400, a multi-use trail that connects to Buckhead.

The seller was a joint venture between Bluerock Residential Growth REIT and Atlanta-based Catalyst Development Partners.
