Chase Properties Makes First Apartment Buy in MO

Beachwood, OH-based Chase Properties Ltd., in partnership with Gold Block Ventures, recently acquired New Town Apartments in St. Charles, MO, a growing suburb of St. Louis. Seller and pricing were not disclosed.

New Town Apartments is a 157-unit property with an additional 68 units under development in New Town, a highly amenitized, master-planned community in St. Charles County.

The acquisition is consistent with Chase’s strategy to increase its portfolio to include multifamily properties in highly-stable markets. Chase was founded as a shopping center owner and operator, and owns a number of retail properties across the Midwest and Southeast.

“New Town represented a unique opportunity to own some of the best rental properties in St. Charles County, due to the brilliant planning of this self-sustaining community that is New Town,” said Yoel Mayerfeld, co-CEO of Chase.
