Charlotte Office Building Trades for $8M

JLL has arranged the $8.2 million sale of 605 Lexington Ave., an 18,282-square-foot office property in Charlotte.

Located on nearly an acre in Charlotte’s South End/Midtown submarket, the property’s transit-oriented location is nearby the Carson Boulevard light rail station and the Charlotte Rail Trail. Built in 2019, the three-story building features a brick and glass façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private patio and executive offices.

Christopher Lingerfelt, Zack Drozda, Ryan Clutter and Hal Kempson of JLL represented the seller, Selwyn Property Group, in the transaction. The buyer was Mattie Equity LLC.
