Charlotte MF Community Trades for $63M

Dallas-based Lantower Residential acquired Garrison Park, a newly-constructed, 322-unit multifamily community in northeast Charlotte for $62.8 million. The community was 45% occupied at the time of sale.

Completed in 2019, the community features studio through three-bedroom floor plans, and a suite of amenities that includes a fitness center with yoga studio, dog park, resort-style pool, game room, business lounge and an outdoor kitchen with grills. Interiors include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and full-size washer and dryer sets. The community will be rebranded as Lantower Garrison Park.

Caleb Troop and Alex McDermott of Capstone Apartment Partners represented the seller, The Spectrum Cos., which developed the community.
