Charlotte Apartment Community Trades for $22M

JLL has brokered the $21.8 million sale of the Reserve at Waterford Lakes, a 140-unit apartment community in Charlotte.

Located at 8725 Kody Marie Court, the community is nearby a number of restaurant, nightlife and retail options. The property features one- and two-bedroom units with built-in shelving, crown molding and semi-open concept floorplans. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, picnic and grilling areas, fitness center, dog park and a business center.

Andrea Howard, John Currin, Allan Lynch, Caylor Mark and Jeff Glenn of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was Eller Capital Partners.
