Chandler Project Changes Developers – Again

The Row, a planned, 60,000-square-foot entertainment development at Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, AZ, has had a somewhat rough history. Vintage Partners initially took charge of the project after another developer failed to move forward on it. However, Vintage’s agreement with the city of Chandler has terminated. So, next up is LGE Design Build, which entered into a 90-day exclusivity agreement with the city.

Vintage had originally planned to include a movie theater, specifically, an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. But the deal fell through, and Alamo ended up elsewhere, as did La Bocca Urban Kitchen, which had also tentatively planned to open in The Row.

LGE, in the meantime, will also take a shot at including a drafthouse cinema on the site. It will also rename the project, and will develop a new concept.
