Century Communities Delivers First Phases of Orange Townhomes

Colorado-based hombuilder Century Communities has completed the first two phases of three-story townhomes at its Trio development, located at 2830 N. Glassell St. in Orange, CA. This is Century’s first project in Orange County, and is planned for a total of 40 homes at the site when complete.

The first two phases include a total of 18 units currently built, with two serving as model homes and 16 ready for sale and occupancy.

Trio is a for-sale residential project planned for upscale, modern three-story townhomes with open layouts ranging from two to four bedrooms. The development is located less than a mile from the Santa Ana River Trail, and a short distance from the restaurants, antique shops and charming boutiques of Old Towne Orange. Community amenities will include a dog park and two outdoor gathering spaces with a BBQ area and firepit.
