Cedars-Sinai Expands to 100K SF at Pacific Design Center

Cedars-Sinai expanded its footprint to more than 100,000 square feet at the Pacific Design Center’s (PDC) green and blue buildings in West Hollywood, CA. The medical center is taking an additional 30,000 square feet.

Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation’s Marc Horowitz says, “This prestigious institution with its stellar reputation is a prominent part of PDC’s diverse and interesting tenant mix. We respect Cedars-Sinai’s mission, and highly value our medical center tenant.”

Cedars-Sinai was represented by Todd Doney of CBRE in the expansion negotiations. Horowitz represented the landlord in-house.

“In a market where it can be difficult to find larger spaces, the PDC is at a competitive advantage,” Horowitz says. “The stellar architecture of the colorful, Class A buildings is also an attraction to our sophisticated tenants, as strikingly fresh and unique as when the PDC complex was first conceived.”

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
