CCI Plans Business Park Near Bergstrom Airport

Locally based Capital Commercial Investments Inc. (CCI) is developing Bergstrom Technology Park, a 195-acre business park near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the Austin Business Journal reported.

The build-to-suit development seeks to capitalize on demand for commercial space in Southeast Austin now that Tesla Inc. is building a $1.1-billion factory nearby.

CCI said Bergstrom Technology Park is designed for “businesses looking for cost-effective and quick occupancies,” according to the Business Journal.

The first building delivered in March 2019. Another four buildings are planned west of the airport.

The business park will have multiple turnkey office buildings, known as Bergstrom Tech Centers. Amenities will include a park, gaming area, public disc golf course, and hike-and-bike trails.
