CBRE Tapped to Sell Portfolio in West Village, Williamsburg

CBRE has been hired to sell a portfolio of two renovated and fully-leased mixed-use properties located in the West Village and Williamsburg, respectively. The two assets total nearly 14,000 square feet of commercial and residential space.

A CBRE team of Daniel Kaplan, Elli Klapper, Jay Gelbtuch and Justin Arzi will spearhead the marketing campaign on behalf of a private investment group. An asking price wasn’t specified.

The first property is located at 239 Bleecker St. The four-story property was built in 1929 and was fully gut-renovated in 2013.

Across the East River, the portfolio also includes 258 Wythe Ave. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 258 Wythe was built in 1910 and completely renovated in 2012.

“The West Village and Williamsburg are two of the city’s most desirable locations, and we believe that these assets offer potential investors a rare opportunity to gain a foothold in these incredible communities,” said Kaplan.
