CBRE Tapped to List Space at 300-Acre Corporate Park in Novi
CBRE has been hired by Northern Equities Group as the exclusive listing agent for the Haggerty Corridor Corporate Park in Novi, MI. Edward Wujek, Brendan George, Kelly Stacy and Jasper Hanifi will handle the listing for CBRE.
Spanning nearly 300 acres north of 12 Mile Road, Haggerty Corporate Park has become a hub for autonomous vehicle technology companies. The 2.8-million square-foot park in the Detroit metro area has been 100% occupied for several years, but recently multiple spaces have become available.
The most notable, CBRE says, is a 52,756-square-foot, two-story class-A office building at 28175 Cabot Dr., with freeway frontage and signage.
“This is an ideal location for a single-tenant corporate user or headquarters site,” said Wujek. “There is an opportunity to create excellent synergy with neighboring tenants and the surrounding business community.”
The remaining sites available range from 10,000-to 40,000 square feet, and can accommodate office and tech users.
