CBRE Tapped to Lease Up White Plains Office Complex

CBRE was hired by Westpark Associates, the ownership vehicle for Onyx Equities and Siguler Guff, to handle leasing for 1111-1129 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, NY. The two-building headquarters office complex comprises approximately 370,000 rentable square feet.

A CBRE team of William V. Cuddy Jr., Jacqueline Novotny, Michael McCall, Brian Carcaterra, Ryan Christie and Maria D’Angelo will be responsible for the leasing assignment. “1111-1129 Westchester Ave. offers the unique opportunity to accommodate a major relocation to Westchester County, but can also accommodate tenants of various sizes in a coveted market,” said Novotny.

“The buildings border many major Westchester thoroughfares, sought-after retailers, recreational opportunities, hospitality alternatives and several residential developments,” she added.

Among those residential developments will be Toll Brothers’ latest 421-unit apartment community under construction along Corporate Park Drive, and the recently-approved 300-unit development at 1133 Westchester Ave.
