CBRE Tapped for Property Management at Nashville Yards MXU Project

Privately-held real estate investment firm Southwest Value Partners has tapped CBRE to manage Nashville Yards, a 17-acre, mixed-use campus in downtown Nashville.

The project is designed as a walkable, urban community with high-end hospitality offerings, including the 591-room Grand Hyatt Nashville as well as a new restaurant from chef Sean Brock. The project will also feature a four-acre entertainment district and a concert venue as well as office space anchored by e-commerce giant Amazon.

CBRE’s David Cheek will be coordinating CBRE’s property management efforts on behalf of Southwest Value Properties.

“We are proud to be a part of the team and provide exceptional property management services to Nashville Yards. Nashville is at the forefront of exciting cities to live, work, and play and this new premiere development will contribute to the market’s continued growth,” said Steve Kulinski, managing director at CBRE in Nashville.
