CBRE’s Adam Foster and Michael Monahan represented Stila Styles in renewing 14,851 square feet at 1 Liberty Plaza. NKF’s Moshe Sukenik represented sublandlord Cleary Gottlieb. Other recent sub- 15,000-square-feet CBRE deals:

– Alice Fair, James C. Ackerson and Sacha Zarba represented BrightEdge, 12,682 square feet at 685 Third Ave. JLL’s Matthew Astrachan, Frank Doyle, Jonathan Fanuzzi, Clark Finney and Dan Santagata advised owner Unizo Holdings.

– Joseph A. Fabrizi represented Neiman Marcus Group, 10,092 square feet at 42 W. 39st St. David L. Levy and Brett Maslin advised owner Adams & Company in-house.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
